HIS BIRTH Mohbad, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter. He was born on June 8, 1996, in Lagos, Nigeria. HIS MUSICAL CARRIER Mohbad gained prominence in the Nigerian music industry in the late 2010s, thanks to his unique blend of Afrobeats, street-hop, and rap. Growing up in Lagos, Mohbad developed a passion for music from a young age and began his musical journey by recording and releasing songs independently. His breakthrough came when he signed with Marlian Music, a record label founded by the controversial Nigerian artist Naira Marley.
